I am available for building the object of your desire on a contract basis. I uphold the ideals of honesty and integrity to the maximum. No projects are discussed with third parties without your permission. Either IM me in-world or send me a Theremail.

Phases of Development

• Negotiation
• You will supply as many details as possible, including reference material such as photos or hand drawings. This helps me to provide a more accurate estimate and helps towards producing what you want the first time, without me having to do aspects of the project more than once.
• I will provide an estimate of price and time to deliver.
• Agreement
• Once terms are agreed upon, a 50% deposit of my fee is due and work will commence.
• Development
• At various phases of development, I may make screen shots and/or intermediate model files available. If these will be required, that needs to be established in the negotiation phase.
• Renegotiation
• During development, it may become apparent that the project is significantly more complex than I originally estimated. If we fail to come to a new agreement, I will refund your deposit.
• Completion
• I will provide screen shots and/or unsubmittable model files (one LOD missing) for final approval.
• If satisfied, you will remit the remaining 50% and I will email, or otherwise make available, a zip containing all of the files.
• If not satisfied, we either move to Renegotiation or return to Development.

Pricing

Price varies with project complexity and exclusivity. Below are the options I provide. They apply to the model and texture independently. The cost basis is a guideline and may vary based on the project. In fact, I may decide I am not interested at all in one or more of the options.

Ownership Transfer

• Exclusive: You are the only person that I will ever give the model to, and I will never submit it myself.
• Shared: You are the only person that I will ever give the model to, but I may submit it myself.
• Non-exlusive: Besides giving the model to you, I may sell this model to other people without restrictions and/or submit it myself.
• No ownership: You will not receive the model. I will submit it myself and you may purchase them from me at the wholesale price. I may sell this model to other people without restrictions.
